For the past twenty years, Esperanza has driven all its efforts in strengthening our Hispanic community, successfully helping hundreds of local and national faith-based organizations develop, expand and strengthen their ability to serve the Latino community.

In that same manner, now we would like to help your organization reach its highest potential through the first Esperanza Capacity Institute.  This program is designed to provide fifteen hours of intensive capacity training, over a two and a half day span, to help your church or non-profit organization build a solid foundation for success.  It will be an honor for me to personally greet you and to share some of the most important experiences our ministry and organizations have had over the last two decades.

Building an organization that revitalizes a community is hard work, building it alone is even harder.  Come join us as we share our collective visions and spark each other’s dream.
